Ironman African Championships South Africa is a team focus in 2016. Jodie Swallow is the defending champion in her adopted home, while partner James Cunnama is in-form for the title and Ben Hoffman making his debut here. The Team Captain HH Shaikh Nasser is again tackling this race and hoping to stamp that Kona ticket along with his team of champions.
