T&Cs – Instagram Giveaway Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility: This giveaway is open to all.
2. Competition Hosts: The giveaway is facilitated by Bahrain Victorious.
3. Prize Details: A SuperTri 2024 suit 
4. Duration: The giveaway runs from 13 December 2024 – 28 January 2025
5. Entry: To enter, participants must like the competition promotional post, leave a comment tagging a different account and follow the Instagram account of Bahrain Victorious.
6. Winner Selection: Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the giveaway period. The selection will be conducted by representatives of Bahrain Victorious.
7. Winner Notification: Winners will be notified via direct message on Instagram within seven days of the giveaway closing. The winner must respond to the notification within 48 hours to claim the prize. Failure to do so may result in disqualification and the selection of an alternate winner.
8. General Terms: This giveaway is subject to Instagram’s terms of use. It is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Instagram or Meta. Participants release Instagram from any and all liability related to this giveaway. Bahrain Victorious reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway if any fraud, technical failures, or other factors beyond their reasonable control impair the integrity or proper functioning of the giveaway.
9. Disputes: Any disputes arising in connection with this giveaway shall be governed by the laws of Australia and be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
10. Privacy: Personal information provided by entrants may be used by Bahrain Victorious for the purpose of conducting the giveaway and for related promotional activities. Personal information will otherwise be handled in accordance with Bahrain Victorious’ privacy policies.
11. Winner Announcement: The names of the winners will be announced on the Instagram account of Bahrain Victorious within seven days of the winner claiming the prize.
12. By participating in this giveaway, entrants agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
