Bahrain Victorious 13 will see action across the full and sprint distances in Europe and North America this weekend with Daniela Ryf, Joe Skipper, and Georgia Taylor-Brown lining up wearing the racing red.

Ryf and Skipper are toeing the start line at Challenge Roth in Germany, racing deep fields among world champions and previous winners which is the standard at this legendary race. Ryf is a two-time champion here and in 2016 became the only woman to come closest to the world record set by Chrissie Wellington on the storied course. On the men’s side, Skipper is twice a vice-champion as well as fourth in his last appearance in 2018; he has his sights set not just on winning but also setting a new world record.

Meanwhile, Jan Frodeno will see action of a different kind: he takes the announcer’s seat for the first time to do live broadcast commentary of the race.

Across the Atlantic, Taylor-Brown seeks to defend her title over the sprint distance at the World Triathlon Championship Series Montreal. The 2022 sprint triathlon world champion is in her element over this distance; currently ranked #3 in the world and carrying momentum from having won the previous race in the series in Cagliari last month, Taylor-Brown will be tough to beat.
